It is a capacity development program that facilitates training for internal staff and external affiliates such as partners and students, including interns, short-term visiting students, and visiting scientists.

Student Training Program: Research opportunities for students to collaborate with CIMMYT scientists, with funding available for interns.
Partner Training Program: Collaborative learning opportunities with CIMMYT partners, supporting knowledge exchange and collaboration in agricultural innovation.
Capacity development solutions: our processes aims that individuals, organizations and societies obtain, strengthen and maintain the skills necessary to set and achieve their own development goals through trainings planned by the different research programs of CIMMYT and its partners.
LMS: CIMMYT Academy offers a Learning Management System (LMS), a web-based application used to plan, implement, and assess learning processes.
