The CIMMYT Academy cannot be successful in isolation from the Research training and capacity development community, within CIMMYT. Therefore, the Academy become a space where the CIMMYT training and capacity development community of practice exchange information and work towards continuously improving the services and functionality of the Academy. 

The Academy take the responsibility of designing training content, in collaboration with program directors and managers, that meet the needs of CIMMYT’s research work force to make a public academic offer.
